Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Handmade items may take additional time depending on order volume.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (USA): 3-4 business days
Tracking & Delivery
- If you opt for sticker mail, please note that tracking is not available for this option. This is to minimize the cost of shipping.
- If you do choose to have your items tracked then, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Orders for Physical Printed Products

Printed products, such blankets, phone cases and merchandise, are fulfilled and shipped through Printify.

Processing and shipping times for these items may vary depending on the production partner and destination.

You will receive a separate tracking number for these items once they are shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at knotsandcrafts.boutique@gmail.com with your order number, and I’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
Returns & Exchanges
- I currently do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or handmade items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and I will do my best to make it right!
